You can rest assured that you are in safe hands when you attend an event at Woodland Skills. The bushcraft instructors are qualified in Remote Response First Aid and hold Food Hygiene and Preparation certificates.

We make sure that whatever event you attend there will always be at least two fully qualified first aiders on site who are well-trained and more than able to deal with any minor accident that may occur.

We are insured with the Adventure Activity Insurance Scheme, through the Institute of Outdoor Learning. We have a comprehensive emergency procedure in place and give detailed instructions at the beginning of every course. If you have any concerns about attending please feel free to give us a call and we are sure we will be able to put your mind at rest.

By the very nature of courses and the venue it is not entirely risk free. We take all reasonable measures to maintain a safe environment and make sure that all participants have received comprehensive safety instructions. However you are attending at your own risk.
